Lisbon rewards a car that listens. Light off the Tagus, hills that fold into one another, and a coastline an hour wide — the Porsche Boxster reads the city's rhythm and answers it with an open roof and a mid-engine balance that flatters every cobbled descent and motorway sweep.
Handover across Lisbon and its approaches
We meet guests directly at Lisbon Airport (LIS) arrivals, with the Boxster prepared and the paperwork settled before you reach it. For those already in the city, we deliver to hotel forecourts along Avenida da Liberdade, residences in Chiado and PrĂncipe Real, and private addresses across BelĂ©m and Lapa. Weekend collections from Cascais and Sintra are arranged with prior notice, and after-hours handovers are accommodated for executives arriving on late flights.
Drives this car was made for
- The A5 west to Cascais at first light, then the Marginal back along the estuary
- Sintra's N247 through Colares to Cabo da Roca, the roof down past the pines
- A weekend on the A2 toward Comporta, the Boxster settling into long sixth-gear cruising
- An evening loop from Belém past Jerónimos, MAAT, and the river light at Alcântara
- The A1 north toward Óbidos and the Silver Coast for a single, considered overnight
What the Boxster brings to these roads
The flat-six mid-mounted engine gives the car a centre of gravity ideally suited to Sintra's switchbacks and Lisbon's stepped neighbourhoods. The chassis is composed over tram lines and Portuguese cobble, firm without harshness. Inside, the cabin is restrained — leather, brushed alloy, the essentials within reach — and the folding roof retracts in twelve seconds at speeds up to fifty kilometres an hour.
Roof down on the Marginal, the city becomes a passenger.
Practical notes
Comprehensive insurance with reduced excess is included; further reductions are available on request. The Boxster takes 98-octane unleaded, and the tank is delivered full. Mileage allowances are generous and tailored to the itinerary discussed at booking.
