Luxury Car Rental in Albufeira

DeluxeDrive is a Portuguese luxury car rental company based in Almancil, about 25 minutes east of Albufeira. The cars on this site are our own fleet — not listings brokered from third parties — which means the availability we confirm is real and the car you book is the car that arrives. When you message us, you are talking directly to the team that prepares, delivers and collects it.

Albufeira is one of our most frequent delivery runs. We bring cars daily to the hotels and villas along the Falésia coast — the EPIC SANA Algarve and Pine Cliffs in the Praia da Falésia area are regular stops — as well as to the marina and to private villas across town. Delivery and collection are free everywhere in the Algarve, including Faro Airport, which is fifteen minutes from our base: land, meet us at arrivals, and drive to Albufeira in your own choice of car.

Every price on this page is the genuine daily rate with 23% Portuguese VAT already included. The quote you receive on WhatsApp is the final figure — deposit and mileage set out in writing, nothing added at the end.

We say this before you book, because we would rather you plan around it than discover it with a Urus on a cobbled ramp: Albufeira’s old town is largely pedestrianised, and the streets that feed it are narrow. Nobody drives to the baixa — you park in the paid car parks on the higher ground above the old town and walk down to the squares, the tunnel to the beach and the restaurants.

The car earns its keep everywhere else: the Falésia coast, the sweep of beaches east towards Vilamoura, the N125 and A22 for the rest of the Algarve, and the run up into the hills for lunch inland. If your plans centre on the old town itself, tell us — an Evoque or a 911 is happier in Albufeira’s tighter corners than a G63, and we will say so plainly.

Once the booking is confirmed, we agree an exact time and place — your hotel entrance, villa gate or Faro Airport arrivals. The car arrives cleaned, checked and with its fuel level recorded in the contract. The handover takes 15 to 20 minutes: a walkaround together, photographs of the condition, a digital contract and the deposit.

The deposit is a pre-authorisation on a credit card or another method agreed in advance, fixed per car — from €2,000 — and released after the car comes back in the same condition. There is no need to refuel before we collect it: any fuel missing against the level at delivery is charged at cost.

On the return day we come to you, check the car over together, and everything closes on the spot. If plans change mid-rental — an extra day, a different return point — it is one WhatsApp message.
